Fix gitlab-ci

sgk requested to merge fix/ci-float-run-validation into main
  • test/test-full/group_vars/all/provider_config.yml - add more urls provider_domain, api_domain, api_uri, ca_cert_uri
  • .gitlab-ci modify the script to install python dependencies and do float run
