Openvpn config updates.

micah requested to merge openvpn_config_updates into main

Remove unnecessarily strict settings. These will keep clients from connecting, if they cannot support these strict minimums. Because of ncp, these will be negotiated to their best settings automatically.

Parameterize the variables and remove unnecessary settings (eg. script-security).
