Improve documentation on how to start the bitmask wizard / create new account
A user left a review about bad documentation, and specifically about how to start the wizard for creating a new account. We should fix the specific documentation, and improve the general documentation if possible, and then reply to the user.

Even simple things go wrong already: The programmers made a conscious choice to be as little
helpful with their documentation as possible. Proof: Instead of mentioning to click "Thunderbird
Main Menu / File / New / Bitmask account" to start the BITMASK wizard add-on, they dump all sorts
of unwarranted info on the unsuspecting user. Don't bother to change your ways, guys! Keep
making bitmask a project that frustrates everyone.
