don't save any photos of a scanned qr code in app's cache directory

with the integration of the new QR-code scanning app, we configured it to save any successful qr-code scan as photo in the cache directory. This not only bloats the apps cache usage but also might leak sensitive data, since not only the qr-code itself is captured, but the whole photo the camera shot.
