allow donations from F-Droid

cyberta requested to merge include_donation_in_fdroid into master
  • introduce new fullgplay flavor to be able to distinguish between gplay other releases
  • rename fat flavor to full flavor (targets #9059)
  • introduce a new flag so that we can turn off donations only for Bitmask on Google Play while we keep them in all other releases
