Finalize Permissions Screen UX

The permissions screen draft has still a couple of unresolved issues. We request 2 permissions, either of them can be rejected. So during re-runs of the provider screen there might be the case that only one permission needs to be (and technically can be) still requested.

The text in the UI of the permissions screen should reflect that it provides a summary for both permissions or for either of the missing ones.

Also the content of the text needs to be finalized (which is why I'm assigning this to you @mcnair for now)

Once that's done, we can continue to implement the new permissions screen.
