adapt error handling to auto gateway selection
if manual selected gateway fails, what then?
Some options are:
- Try all gateways with same location?
- If all gateways of a location fail: ask to use different transport?
- ask to use autoselect?
- ask to use a different location? (suggest based on next best, by distance/congestion)
discuss fallback algo and document, so that desktop convergence can be achieved.
