fix kcp performance by fixing default kcp values and extending model class to existing config parameters available in obfsvpn

provider setup: reset circumvention settings to defaults if a provider gets configured via an invite code. This ensures that the circumvention settings are correctly reset when switching between providers

Always show autommatic circumvention settings. If a provider doesn't support bridges, this settings still influences the API communication obfuscation.
