Could not find polkit agent.

When I launch riseupvpn 0.20.4-137-g2a161e0 from beta channel on Kubuntu 18.04.5 LTS from command line, I get connected to the gateway and I also see an in icon in the systray as expected. At the same time a an alert with a ok button appears stating "Could not find polkit agent." If I tap the ok button, the vpn connection gets shut down.
