produce qt installer for windows

some modifications are needed to use qtinstaller:

• modify build/branding script to deprecate nsis
• adapt paths to use a selectable path
• remove all hard-coded paths
• debug first-run shutdown (it was openvpn path crash)
• fix openvpn log path
• do not report error on helper stop while uninstalling
• other windows gui fixes
