consider renaming bitmask to leap-vpn-desktop
I know this can be tiresome - since I think we did exactly this renaming in the opposite direction around 2013, but there might be arguments for clarity if we don't go throwing so many different names (leap/bitmask/libraryvpn).
The proposal (by mcnair initially) would be to streamline references in the generic codebase as LeapVPN-desktop (and -android, I guess). The tech/code would then be LeapVPN, the provider-agnostic build would be Bitmask (desktop and android), and there would still be provider-specific builds - CalyxVPN, LibraryVPN etc).
