After the first day it is installed, once a day, the app will add a flashing alert task tray item. when you click on this flashing alert, the following pop up will open:

"The RiseupVPN service is expensive to run. Because we don't want to store personal information about you, there is no accounts or billing for this service. But if you want the service to continue, donate at least $5 each month at riseup.net/donate-vpn"

With two buttons: "Remind me again tomorrow" and "I have donated for this month"

If you click "I have donated" then the alert does not appear for another 30 days.
