as Qt6 recommends using CMake as the build system
this commit adds initial CMakeLists.txt file which
is generated from qmake2cmake python tool

this doesn't yet generate a working bitmask-vpn binary
issues that remains to be solved are:
- resource files are not properly getting embedded in the binary
