python-gnupg issues with paths on windows
python-gnupg has some issues in windows. It might be related to '' being interpreted as escape-next-char and/or ' ' being splited for multiprocessing.
There is some weird behavior in os.path some/all functions return "'C:\my\path'" (note the added '). But I'm not sure if this is properly accepted in windows.
