Thunderbird plugin should notify of messages with valid signatures
The Thunderbird plugin should display a notification when it is displaying the content of a message that includes a valid signature. That way the user can tell the difference between 'ordinary' emails that were not encrypted or signed in any way (until arrival at the recipient's LEAP email node), and messages that were signed (and possibly encrypted) by the sender (either using Bitmask or conventional PGP/MIME). That would give a positive indicator that the message was sent securely. Right now the message headers show signature verification information, but that is only visible when you view the message source.
Perhaps some of the code used by the Enigmail plugin could be pinched to implement such notifications in the Bitmask extension.
