Api/bulk download for frontend

For the jfriedli/mat2-quasar-frontend#1 (closed) frontend we need to have a possiblity to download multiple files at once. When a user uploads multiple files it's unhandy to download them all separably.

@jvoisin whats your opinion on zipping the files on the server? Does this introduce metadata again?
