Tor Launcher is not accessible

• When started in the context of Tails, Tor Launcher is invisible to the Orca screen reader.
  • When started on Debian Jessie, Orca works fine with Tor Launcher.

This problem has probably the same root as #7502, #7504 (closed): applications run as a different users or chrooted, etc. cannot be read by Orca.
