Test persistence of POP3 account created by Claws Mail wizard

Is the “POP3 account data is outside of ~/.claws-mail” issue specific to accounts created outside of the initial setup wizard?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
