Upgrade the puppet-concat module

Applying puppet-lizard-manifests on stone breaks with:

Error: Failed to apply catalog: uninitialized constant Puppet::Type::Concat_file

It does work with the latest concat version. Can you look into a suitable upgrade?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
