Update our survey of non-NIH system upgrade solutions
The conclusion of the research I’ve done today on #11131 (closed) is that the most promising tool is RAUC once it has casync support; but a few other options could be worth investigating. Let’s wait a bit for the dust to settle, come back to it in a while and see where things are at. Then we can investigate how much work is needed to switch to one of these tools.
