Missing context for translations in onioncircuits

Reported in transifex, confirmed by me:

The string onioncircuits:608 in onioncircuits.pot: “Published:” needs context in many languages to be translated.

Is it a node that is published, or a fingerprint?

It would be nice to provide that information in a comment that appears in the .po files, so the translators of languages like Spanish, Portuguese and others can translate the word correctly
