Not everything in new Greeter is read by the screen reader

The screen reader now works with the new Greeter (#11428 (closed)) but not everything is read and so I bet that the resulting interface is partly broken for people relying on it.

For example, these bits are not read:

“Your persistent storage…”
“The default settings are safe”
“On”

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
