Rephrase the virtual keyboard documentation

- Be more direct.
- Don't use contraction such as "there's".
- Don't use "and/or".
- Fix image markup.
- Use 'notification area' instead of 'systray'.
- Don't use 'may' to denote uncertainty.
- Mention sensitive text.
