Normal errors should be displayed by default, even if they are not
catastrophic.

This one ruined the 0.9.2 release.

Kudos to @drebs for another fine patch.

Logging was available all the time but not yet activated. We now
enable logging when the main script is executed. This makes the
`verbose` commandline option functional.

Although the changes since last release are not very severe, it
is a difference to "no changes yet". Trusting the latter can make
things complicated.

Thanks to @lieryan for bringing the problem up.

We got API changes, new options, etc. All this will make the
next release a minor one, not a pure bugfix.

Oops, there were some remainings of an old edit that went unnoticed.

This helps to recognize options as such.
