Merge cringe module in to reddit module

Sean requested to merge dev into production

They're the same thing right?

In all honesty they had a ton of duplicate code and this was a long time coming.

  • deleted cringe.py
  • shoved cringe.py code in to reddit.py
  • update unit tests
