when a user joins, just send them message that says "Welcome to Signalboost! Reply with HELP to learn more, or GOODBYE to leave."
when a user sends a message that cannot be processed, response with "Sorry! I can't understand that! Send HELP to learn commands that I understand"

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
