Dutch language support

Hello, Dutch speaker here! I just found out about your project and I would like to contribute Dutch language support. If you are ok with that I will try to create a Merge Request soon. I'm a frontend developer myself so I am familiar with how to make changes in JS. I assume it's as simple as copying some existing files and changing some strings. If there's anything else I should be aware of in advance please let me know.
