signal support channel

We want a support channel for potential or existing users of signalboost to be able to ask questions to Team Friendo and allow Team

Behavior

• randos can send messages that go to all admins
• admins can send messages to each other
• people cannot subscribe to broadcasts from the channel (for now)
• admins can respond to an incoming message by appending a special prefix (messages will also be sent to other admins)
• the "signup channel" will become the "support channel"
  • we will respond to messages as they come in instead of using the autoresponse
