Splash site favicon and preview defaults

Give love to the Signalboost.info site in the form of:

  1. the favicon is the stock gatsby favicon.
  2. the "preview" text generated when sharing it in signal is the stock gatsby blurb
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
