Minor Edit to the Signalboost.info site

Initial sentence "SignalBoost lets activists send text blasts" should say "SignalBoost lets activists using Signal to send text blasts." I should use this as a chance to get familiar with Gatsby.

Add in the riseup.net email and a link to our PGP key.

Add french command options and mention languages.
