* tweak dockerfile to support node-gyp build dependencies (for node
  dbus client)
* add docker-compose file for prod (w/ nginx/TLS support)
* mount dbus config file into docker images at runtime instead of
  copying at build-time
* add `unixy` stdout callback to get full docker build output from
  ansible-playbook cli
* provide different seed phone numbers for dev/prod (to avoid
  conflicting signal registrations)
