Broken character set for QP UTF-8 emails
At the moment some emails containing Umlaute are displayed broken on the receiver side:

This is because the mime part has charset US-ASCII, while it should be UTF-8. Originally, it was UTF-8.
The fix for it is b9e0ab35
Still requires tests to test for future regressions
