Outgoing protected headers

paz requested to merge paz/protected-headers-outgoing into master

If the message that is to be distributed over the list has a protected subject (aka "protected headers" aka "memory hole"), format the subject and headers of the outgoing messages in the same way, so enigmail will recognize them.
