Include (first?) uid besides fingerprint in refresh_keys output
At the moment the refresh_keys output does only include the fingerprint of the key worked on.
However, most people probably would love to see the uids of the key as well, as it tells people more than the pure fingerprint. I would suggest something like:
Key DEADBEEFFULLEFP (email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org) was updated (new signatures).
