Broken link in participate.md

Hi, at the very bottom of https://schleuder.org/schleuder/docs/server-admins.html there is the following link: <p>To <strong>participate</strong> in the development use the <a href="https://0xacab.org/schleuder//issues">issue tracker</a>.

It's generated by https://0xacab.org/schleuder/schleuder-website/-/blob/master/_includes/participate.md, which tries to include {{ includes.project }}. This variable is empty at the time.

Not sure how to fix this, one option would be to leave out the /issues at the end of the link. This way, people would get redirected to the organization instead.
