The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Localization of new subscription page
The form on this site uses the global checkbox - to translate the checkbox label I defined another checkbox without the hardcoded label (Maybe we can merge the two checkbox definitions later, when localization is complete).
I also removed the fieldset above the buttons to have a consitent look compared to other pages.
