make overall look of webschleuder more coherent

i think webschleuder would profit from a more divided layout: put all the actions regarding the account in one navbar, maybe make a seperate navigation for navigating the lists and their settings, make a container for settings and content. i'm not sure if its clear what i mean, but i think i'll create a proposal branch that could illustrate that.
