e-mail responses result in blank comments

I get e-mailed reports about issues from this tracker. thanks, that's very useful!

they come with reply-to addresses like:

Reply-To: "riseup / 0xacab" <0xacab+xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@riseup.net>

but when i reply to them, the only thing that gets created is a blank comment. you can see that on:

and

#1 (comment 9127)

Perhaps gitlab assumes that everything after the first quoted/attributed line is garbage? that'd be pretty silly, because it makes it impossible to reply with good inline responses :/
