Setup CI

Description

A CI/CD workflow is needed to ensure keyringer will work on target OSes.

Tasks

• Enable CI in the GitLab project.
• Setup basic CI.
• Setup scheduled builds.
• Create a CI job for running lintian. Issues found can be fixed with lintian-brush etc.
• Create a test job for keyringer itself.
