monkeysphere-monitor-keys should replace the m-a u cron job
Issue #499 covers the monkeysphere-monitor-keys daemon that automatically runs m-a u on a user anytime their authorized_keys or authorized_user_ids file is updated.
It does not, however, handle gpg re-keying or revocations (as the m-a u cron job does).
By allowing monkeysphere-monitor-keys to handle these issues on a schedule, we could simplify the administration of monkeysphere and have more fine tuned regular updates (for example, gpg --refresh could be called more frequently that m-a u).
