msva-perl handling of unexpected keyserver values
if the msva user supplies an value for keyserver (either via the environment or extracted from their @gpg.conf@) which msva-perl doesn't believe is valid, we currently fall back to the package default (usually @hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net@). This might be the wrong thing to do, though. Maybe we should fail hard? or accept the keyserver, warn, and pass it through as written to gpg?
I'm open to suggestions.
