xul-ext should put up it's own intermediate page while querying agent
dkg had a good suggestion the other day that the xul-ext should maybe put up it's own in intermediate page while querying of the msva is in progress. Right now the "This Connection is Untrusted" page is displayed, which is then removed if the site is monkeysphere validated. I think this is confusing, especially to new users, to display a message that the site is "untrusted", only to then have that message mysteriously disappear. We currently have the spinning monkey head logo in the status bar to indicate that something is happening, but I don't think this is enough. This is particularly important during long query times (see #2253).
If the xul-ext threw up it's own page during the query, I think this would be much more informative to users. The page would then go away during the reload after the response from the agent. I don't think this would be very difficult to implement. We just need to think about the right info to display.
