Please review monkeysign documentation for Tails, and merge in interesting changes

Hello:

We ship monkeysign with Tails and I am preparing a documentation page to sign keys.

It would be great if you can review it. You can see it here by now:

that looks about right, although you should use the complete fingerprint and not just the keyid on the commandline, because there are various attacks that are possible from the keyserver there. it's especially relevant if you use tor.

have you read the README here? it should provide similar instructions - I would be happy to fix / improve it to provide a better user experience out of the box. a manpage may also be in order eventually...?
