Public Key upload for encrypted email notifications

Send encrypted notification emails which contain more details.

  • add key to profile via form (hint to users: copy key to clipboard in enigmail)
  • send encrypted email to user with activation link (which activates encryption)
  • checkbox: add key to profile (with same visibility settings as profile)

Idea for the future: send detailed emails also to users who have riseup-Emailadresses
