Allow anonymous Bug reports and feature request AND correct links in footer

Currently the footer contains links to the old bug tracker. This should be changed.

  • does Gitlab allow anonymous tickets?
  • if not: what would be the alternative?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
