update test/README

The tips for testing crabgrass still mentions machinist, which is not actively developed anymore. Judging by the Gemfile which references factory-girl instead, this has been noticed and fixed in the past. Only the README wasn't updated accordingly, I guess.

Which raises the question: Is this the only deviation from the current testing policy, or do other changes need to be made to the README?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
