Not allowed to show wiki of public page

When visiting https://we.riseup.net/crabgrass/committees without being logged in... When i click on the Show Tab (only tab available)

There's an pundit exception shown. Issues with this:

• I should be able to see a public wiki
• pundit exceptions expose way too much info
• we log pretty much detail about the record that cannot be shown but none about the user that tried it.
