Mobile improvements

It would be nice if the mobile site would be easier to use.

  • text is small
  • sidebar and main content side-by-side squishes everything together
  • tables overflow
  • right sidebar on pages overlaps main content

As a start the col-xs-.. classes could be changed to col-md or col-lg so on mobile devices everything is in stacked columns. See: https://0xacab.org/riseuplabs/crabgrass/blob/master/app/helpers/common/ui/layout_helper.rb

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
