summary gets concattenated to body in wiki page page_terms

Steps to reproduce:

• create a wikipage with summary
• add content to the wiki with a fairly unique first word
• search for that word in page search

The page does not show up. Turns out the summary and content of the wiki get concatenated for search_terms and there is no whitespace between them. Here's what i got:

lets-search-summary-and-body\nlets search summary and body\nunik in summaryunikee in body\n

This basically is title + \n + title + \n + summary + body. Leading to the last word of the summary summary and the first word of the body unikee forming the nice word summaryunikee. Searching for this term actually shows the page.
