Fix layout / typographic alignment for Hebrew & Arabic

Go to -> https://we.riseup.net/me The tabs of "Me" are displayed although they shouldn't be until you hover over "me". The tabs cover the Home / blue bird button.

It works fine if you go to https://we.riseup.net/groups or https://we.riseup.net/people

In general this needs to be investigated more at best from native speakers.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
